BaBy LoVes FooD...

Was lying on hubby's lap at the couch reading my pregnancy book. Then I flipped to the baby food section and thought what a great fun to cook for my little baby in future. And came the baby kicking in my tummy (non-stop)! Hubby could also feel the baby's movement when he put his hands on my tummy. Baby, guess you must be very excited about food and can't wait to taste it! Hahahaha....

Baby+ Heartbeat= Our Precious Family Moment Part 2

Listening to our baby's heartbeat has been an unforgettable and enjoyable moment for hubby. He enjoys every single bit of it, as that is the time he can really feel your movement. Hubby loves to play with our baby. He will 'booh..' and 'bbrrrrr....' my tummy, then our little baby will start to kick hubby's face( I guess he must be annoyed with hubby, always trying to kacau him, hahaha....) That's our precious family moment and we cherish it every single seconds of it....

Daddy, We Miss You....

21st March last year was a very emotional and sad moment for our family- the day that daddy left us to join mommy in heaven.

Time flies and today is daddy's 1st anniversary of departure. How I wish I can turn back time and be with daddy again, even if it is just for 1 minute. Life has not been the same ever since dad left us.
Daddy, we miss you dearly...

Farewell Friday!!

Hubby brought my specially prepared homecooked lunchbox to office today, however he didn't eat the lunchbox that I prepared for him until teabreak at around 3pm. Reason being that he went out for Japanese food with his colleagues(Does that mean my lunchbox is not delicious? Sob sob.....) So I questioned him why he didn't eat the lunch that I have prepared for him. See what he replied... Hubby:'' I went out for lunch with colleagues for farewell mah'' Me: '' Whose farewell are you attending this time? Thought you already had a farewell lunch with your ex-staff a week ago?'' Hubby:'' Eerr...today we farewell Friday mah!'' I went speechless after listening to his answer. Don't know whether to be mad at him or laugh out loud! -_-'''''''''

Baby Shopping Mission....

Guess who is the lucky star of the week in my small loving family of 3?

Answer: Baby Jayden!!

Baby bath tub, diapers, organic pillow and toys

After 2 days of continuous shopping marathon this weekend, we bought baby Jayden the most stuff, while hubby got nothing for himself. Last time hubby & I used to go shopping every weekend and buying new clothes/ shoes has been a habit for us. Now that we have a new addition to the family member, Baby Jayden has the privilege to be the spotlight whenever we go shopping......

A collection of new clothes from Jasper Conran @ Debenhams, Esprit, Pumpkin Patch and Petit Beteau

Shopping for Baby Jayden's stuff is such an enjoyable moment for hubby & I (except when we gotta face the credit card bill end of the month, sob sob......)

I'm Determined....

I'm determined to start a healthy diet because I want Baby Jayden to be the healthiest baby in the world. Hubby is very supportive to my plan too.

To start a healthy diet, I've bought a themal lunch container so that I can start bringing healthy packed lunch to office instead of eating outside food....

Let's see if my plan to bring lunch to office is successful (finger cross!*!*!)

Baby, You're Kicking Your Daddy.....

As usual, hubby would place his ear to my tummy and listen to Baby Jayden's heartbeat....

While listening, hubby suddenly felt something and told me: ''Lunchean Meat is kicking oh!!!''

Baby must be annoyed with Hubby, always 'kacau' (listening to his heartbeat) him. So wanna show him some baby power. Hehehe.....

I wonder when will I be able to feel our baby kicking me.... I've sleepless nights at time wondering this question. Maybe I am just too eager to feel his movement.....

Tsunami Hitting Sabah....

I started to panic when hubby told me over the phone that Japan was hit badly by Tsunami today and many predict that it may reach Sabah.

Without second thought, i took out my cellphone and sms everyone that I could recall from my phonebook to be careful. I'm sooooOOoooo worry about my family members and friends who are staying in Sabah now...

Dear Lord,
We put everyone into Your hand that You will protect them throughout this period.
Lord, I also put Hiro, Erina and Kaori, who are staying in Japan, into your hand that they are safe from Tsunami.
In Jesus's name i pray, Amen.

I believe that God will have miracle with just a simple prayer like this....

Food For Thought

I've been eating soupy food for the past 3-4 months since my pregnancy, partly is due to the terrible morning sickness and partly is due to my lost of appetite. This is indeed a big challenge to me because I used to love spicy and fatty food!

Until recently when my morning sickness is gone, i would ask for fried mee foon with Malaysian style sambal from 1 of the Malay stall nearby office as my breakie every alternate days.

Hubby started to worry about my spicy food intake and warned me during 1 fine morning:-

Hubby: ''What would you like to eat today, baby?''

Bev: ''Eeerrr, fried mee hoon again?''

Hubby: '' Don't eat too much spicy food lah, later luncheon meat will be very heaty oh.''

It struck my mind that I've totally forgotten about the effect of eating too much spicy food to my precious baby. From that day onwards, I've stopped eating my short-term craving(fried mee hoon) and stick back to my soupy fishball rice noodle(no beansprout & spring onion) again.

I was very touched my hubby in the sense that he cares so much about my baby & my health.

Thank you, hubby, for loving Baby Jayden and me......

Hubby, Thank Your For Everything....

Was frustrated at hubby this morning, simply because he didn't park at the free parking lot in front of the coffeeshop we were planning to have breakie despite the raining drizzles. What he did was make a big u-turn and parked at the hourly rate parking lot behind the coffeeshop and we had to carry an umbrella and walk to our destination.

I was nagging hubby the whole walking journey to the coffeeshop, and questionning him:'' what if i accidentally slipped because of the slippery floor? why can't you park in front of the shop?why do you wanna make me walk so far?etc''

All he did was look at me with his innocent eyes and smiled back without arguing. I know his reason for parking so far, because he didn't want to get 'saman' for parking at illegal parking space. He has got a valid reason too, but I was just too stubborn to think as maturedly as him.

Since I am pregnant, waking up extra early and bringing both Jayden baby & me to breakie before dropping me off to work has become a daily routine for hubby, without fail! He never complain a single bit of the hassle and troubles of stuck in the jam everyday just to send and fetch me from work. He is such a caring hubby, and yet i still fuss like a small little kid at times...I am soooooo immature!(well, at least I admit that I AM!)

I thank God for bringing a caring and loving hubby into my life. If I have to rate my hubby out of 100%, I would give him 200%.

Hubby, thank you for your continous love and understanding. I love you forever.......

Baby+ Heartbeat= Our Precious Family Moment

Putting his ears on mommy's tummy and listening carefully to your every heartbeats has become a routine for daddy in the morning and evening. Then daddy will tell mommy that Jayden is doing healthily inside mommy's womb.

Daddy even tells mommy that you are quieter in the morning(perhaps you are still sleeping soundly) while you will become active in the evening! This is the precious family moment we will spend together each day without fail. And One thing for sure is that we know you are our precious little baby......

Baby Jayden, please remember how much daddy and mommy love you and counting the days to your arrival into our lives.

Three *3*

Three has a very significant meaning to me. It represents the 3 most important men in my life:-

i) Daddy. I couldn't thank him enough for being the best daddy in the world. His countless dedication and love towards our family has given us the memory in life. I still remember how patiently he would send and fetch me from school/ piano lesson/ tuition/ dancing class etc everyday (Without fail!! No matter if it is sunny or rainy day) even if he had to wait for an hour under the sun.

I still remember how I would request him to bring me for shopping everynight(yeah, I know this is a bad habit!) and he would patiently wait at the car while i would go shopping for my favourite stationery/ groceries/ CD etc and yet he never complaint! I don't think there will be another daddy who is as patient as him, waiting for his daughter happily and never ever complain a single bit!

Daddy, thank you for everything. U will always be the best daddy in my heart and no one can ever replace you..

ii) Hubby. A man who cheers me up when I am down and bring hope to me when I am lost. I found out that he has a similary with daddy, that is their patience towards me, no matter how unreasonable I am at times. I am blessed to have found such a lovely hubby who loves me wholeheartedly and put this new family as his priority in life.

Sometimes when I am feeling mad or sad, all my anger or troubles dissappear as soon as I see hubby. He is indeed the joy of my life. God, thank you for giving me such a wonderful hubby and a lovely family. I will cherish all that I have forever.

Thank you for everything, hubby. I promise you that i'll be the best wife in the world.

iii) our precious baby. You have become a precious gem in both hubby and my heart. Your every little movement in my womb is a special experience to my pregnancy. I have learnt to become a real wife, a real mommy and a real woman because of you. I have finally grown up!

Baby, mommy love you so much.....

Baby Name Search

While browsing through the internet for baby names, the name 'Jayden' suddenly pop up my mind. Jayden, not a bad name huh!!!!

Told hubby about the new baby name hunt, and he agreed with it.

May I proudly announce that our baby will be named Jayden!~!~!
